We are taking every precaution outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with our dealership, vehicles, and team members. Our cleaning crew has transitioned their cleaning protocols to reflect the EPA recommended use of Lysol / Disinfectant on all surfaces throughout the day. The crews have been instructed to pay special attention to all high-traffic areas. Additionally, vehicles will be completely sanitized after any human contact. Maintaining a safe distance from one another will be required by team members and guests. Finally, any team members or guests exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms will be asked to leave immediately.

Q. How does Paragon Pick Up and Delivery work?
A. Once the purchase or lease of the vehicle has been finalized, our team will work with you to determine a specified date and location to deliver your vehicle. The driver will bring your new or used vehicle to your driveway along with the paperwork. All paperwork is carefully marked so you can easily identify where to put your signature(s). Delivery drivers have been trained to walk you through the paperwork. In case you have more questions, a call to your sales representative can be placed by the driver. Lastly, the delivery driver will collect your payment, if paying by check.
Q. When will my plates arrive?
A. Once we have obtained all the required documents, registration documents will be sent to you approximately one week after the new vehicle has been signed. For driving, you are provided with temporary plates for two weeks.
Q. How much time does the delivery service take?
A. After the finalization of the purchase of your new vehicle at your home or office, it takes under 2 hours to complete the delivery process. In comparison, you may have to spend at least three times that on just the paper signing if you were to purchase at the dealership.
Q. What are the necessary items I need when the driver delivers my vehicle?
A. You will need the following items available: current driver's license, proof of income, proof of residence, current insurance card showing valid dates, and personal check/credit card.
Q. If I have a trade, what are the necessary items I will need in addition to the above?
A. You will need the following: certificate of title or lost title application signed by all parties on the title, current vehicle registration, both sets of keys and owner's manual.
Q. Is there an advantage to using Paragon Pick Up and Delivery?
A. Yes! You are given the opportunity to purchase your vehicle 100% over the phone, email, and online. You complete everything without ever having to visit the dealership.
*For all residents of the state of New York. Deferred payment on the purchase of all-new Honda models. For well-qualified buyers. Subject to availability through 6/1/20 on all new and unregistered Honda models on approved credit through Honda Financial Services. Loan must have a term of at least 36 months. Option to defer first payment 90 days is only available with traditional financing (not leasing). 90 days to provide the first payment. Payments and interest are not waived but deferred for 90 days and then added to the loan balance which is extended for 90 days. Interest will accrue during the deferment. The first payment will be due 90 days from the date of loan disbursement. Must have Excellent Tier 1 credit (710+) and finance through Honda Financial Services.
