Good customer service so far. Alex Barbosa was very nice; he was pleasant and easy to talk to. I liked the aesthetic of the showroom, the friendliness of the staff, the complimentary coffee and donuts, lol. Japinder was also super nice, and a lot of fun to talk to. The custodial staff was working non-stop, and even went above and beyond and helped me with the coffee machine. The only downsides were the long wait from when we "made the deal" until we actually got the car; and the lack of variety in the music being played in the showroom.

I went to Paragon Acura to bring my car for a brake replacement. Honda was right across the street and I walked by trying to discipline myself not to look at the Rallye Red Type-R on display. I could not help myself and I walked in and was greeted kindly by Ben Ramusevic. He asked how could he help me and I told him I’m interested in the Civic Type R. I mentioned how I was in a lease and wanted to get out of my Integra Type S. He was more than happy to help me, he ran the numbers, credit app. and they made the process simple with the e-sign, transferring insurance, plates and registration with no hassle. Everything went smooth as well with William Liang at the finance dept. my rates were negotiable they worked out a deal for me that was right. I had the great fortune of working with Deniz Akad to find the right car for my needs. We went through several options before settling on the perfect one. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and patiently answered all of my many questions. The most remarkable thing about Deniz is that if he doesn't know the answer, he will not hesitate to go ask someone else and get me the correct answer, instead of just pretending to know and feeding you a line of BS like lots of other salespeople I've dealt with.
Throughout the entire process, Deniz was 100% transparent and earned my trust as someone I can count on to get me the best deal, without having to worry about any hidden strings attached.
Aside from the business end, Deniz is a very genuine person that treats you more like a friend than a customer. But don't get me wrong, he will absolutely go above and beyond to meet your needs. I went to Paragon Acura to bring my car for a brake replacement. Honda was right across the street and I walked by trying to discipline myself not to look at the Rallye Red Type-R on display. I could not help myself and I walked in and was greeted kindly by Ben Ramusevic. He asked how could he help me and I told him I’m interested in the Civic Type R. I mentioned how I was in a lease and wanted to get out of my Integra Type S. He was more than happy to help me, he ran the numbers, credit app. and they made the process simple with the e-sign, transferring insurance, plates and registration with no hassle. Everything went smooth as well with William Liang at the finance dept. my rates were negotiable they worked out a deal for me that was right. A co-worker told me about Paragon Honda in 2007. I went to check it out with a friend. Walked out of there owning a 2008 Honda Accord. It been 17 years now 10 or more purchases among my family members and we are still going back. Haitham has been our contact and most recently Tupac assisted him. On May 13, 3024 I went back to the dealership to downsize from a Pilot to CRV. There was some wait time but the over result was well worth it. I had the great fortune of working with Deniz Akad to find the right car for my needs. We went through several options before settling on the perfect one. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and patiently answered all of my many questions. The most remarkable thing about Deniz is that if he doesn't know the answer, he will not hesitate to go ask someone else and get me the correct answer, instead of just pretending to know and feeding you a line of BS like lots of other salespeople I've dealt with.
Throughout the entire process, Deniz was 100% transparent and earned my trust as someone I can count on to get me the best deal, without having to worry about any hidden strings attached.
Aside from the business end, Deniz is a very genuine person that treats you more like a friend than a customer. But don't get me wrong, he will absolutely go above and beyond to meet your needs. In my case, he quite literally offered to come into the dealership on his day off to help facilitate my purchase if it would make it easier for me.

She was the reason why I stayed and didn’t go to another dealer. She was so professional and genuine. Honestly 5 stars isn’t even enough, she deserves 10 stars. From the moment I walked in, the experience was phenomenal. The manager placed with me with the best car salesman ever, Chris Perez. Shoutouts to my boy Chris! Chris traded my old car in and upgraded me to a Honda Accord 2025. Honestly didn’t expect that, nor did I even imagine walking out with a brand new car off the lot. After my fully paid off 2022 LEXUS IS350 AWD was totaled by another driver while it was parked on the street, I purchased a preowned Honda Civic Sport Touring Hatchback to stay practical.
